An integrative approach to an assessment gathering information about a patient's history to inform diagnosis and treatment.

Use of my clinical experience to help patients to detox and maintain their sobriety. Initial assessments will reveal if patients are appropriate to attempt home detox

Brief and supportive psychotherapy is provided for patients during medication review sessions

Finding a medication regimen tailored to each patient. Medication will be chosen based on patient preferences, past history, medical comorbities, and active symptoms.
